Privacy Policy
The privacy of our members is very important to us and that is why this section is our statement to ensure that members have a greater understanding of our view and stance of the sharing of private information. If you have any questions you should contact us and we will help to answer any questions you may have.
Member details refers to email, address, telephone number or other information that is confidential, it does not include a members first name or website address. If for any reason a member does not wish to have their name and website listed in the members list they are welcome to contact us.
We will not:
- Share/sell or provide member contact details to third party providers unless given member permission (with the exception of the support desk and Newsletter).
- Share public information of members other then first name and website (as listed on the members page).
- Allow third party services or affiliates access to member information.
- Allow current members (or previous members) access to member details.
- Allow previous staff members access to member details.
We may:
- Provide some staff (Admins, Support Staff, Moderators and on some occasions Trouble Checkers) with member details so we may be able to assist with support and general inquiries.
- Create support tickers through the support desk with a members first name and email, or automatic tickets created when using the contact form.
- Share a members first name and website if they have won a competition or are a featured member.
